Rebecca Grimes is currently onstage at The Samuel Beckett Theatre in Eastland.

Directed by Anne Bogart and written by Jocelyn Clarke, Eastland explores how we remember and why we forget some terrible events but not others. The Collective Theatre’s new show uses storytelling, found objects, and live performance to recreate the events before and after the sudden capsizing of the passenger ship SS Eastland in front of thousands of people in the middle Chicago.

Frontline Client Rebecca Grimes will be performing a work-in-progress showing of her new one woman show “Fellas” at Mermaid Pop up. Rebecca is collaborating with fellow Fair City actor Nyree Yergainharsian on the creation of the piece. Mermaid Pop Up runs for one night only on 13th July.

We are delighted to announce Rebecca Grimes has joined the cast of Damo & Ivor, The Movie. Shooting on the film got underway this week and and Rebecca plays the role of Kelly. The film will be brought to cinemas next year by Wildcard Distribution, and is directed by Rob and Ronan Burke.

Rebecca Grimes will be appearing in a one-off production of Village Wooing at St.Johns Theatre and Art Centre, Listowel. The performance as part of their February Programme , will take place on the 18th Feb. For more info see here
