Lisa graduated from The Gaiety School of Acting full time course in June 2009.
Before that she gained an honours degree in Film and Broadcasting from DIT Aungier Street.
Lisa most recently appeared on The Abbey stage in She Stoops to Conquer, directed by Conall Morrison, as Bett Bouncer and Bridget. In the show she also performed on the violin the original compositions of Conor Linehan. Lisa also currently stars on RTE’s The Beo Show as beloved childrens character “Gerty Gúna”. She is also developing a theatre piece Taboo with her theatre company – Exit Excitedly Theatre Company and John Morton, supported by Rough Magic Production Support. With Exit Excitedly she also staged and starred in The Hunt for Red Willie by Ken Bourke which enjoyed excellent reviews.
Other theatre credits include Bombshells – a one woman show by Joanna Murray Smith directed by Stefanie Preissner, A Doll’s House with ‘With an F Theatre Company’, and Curl Up and Dye a rehearsed reading directed by Ronan Phelan.
Lisa is currently enjoying a flourishing career as a producer with many note worthy productions under her belt including The Locked Room and Landfall – both aerial theatre shows by Ether Productions in Project Arts Centre, Fishes in Smock Alley and Bewley’s Café Theatre and The Hunt for Red Willie in Smock Alley
Also musical, Lisa has performed as a burlesque singer with The Tassle Club, and in contrast is a Leinster champion fiddle player who has enjoyed traditional music since childhood.
