Lisette Mufuta
Lisette Mufuta is a Dublin/London based actor, originally from Cavan, with a passion for both stage and screen.
Her recent screen work includes the lead role in the short film Wound to Wound, directed by Viktoria Papazacharoudaki and Kyle Johnson. She also appeared in the NUIM Musical Society’s production of Cats: The Musical and contributed to the devising of 4.48 Psychosis Sarah Kane in a mono-case performance as well as leads in both Laura Lomas’ Blister and Choas.
In addition to her screen and stage work, Lisette has trained extensively, completing an intensive musical theatre program at The Lir National Academy of Dramatic Art in 2022 as well as completing a junior academy course under the instruction of Iseult Golden.
She has honed her skills across various disciplines, including voice acting with Richard Laing, physical theatre with Greta Mendez, screen acting with Stephen Billington, and screen/stage combat with Lewis Penfold.
Lisette’s training also includes specialized courses in accents, comedy improv, and Shakespeare at Identity School of Acting, working with industry professionals such as Joshua Higgott and Ben Grant.
