Barry Morgan

Barry is originally from Drogheda and trained in the D.I.T.’s Conservatory of Music and Drama, where he studied different methods of acting including Meisner, Stanislavski, Checkov and Zinder. He has also been trained in Stage combat, contemporary dance and movement, singing, drama facilitation and theatre in education. Previous credits include, Reverend Hale (The Crucible),  Lysander (Midsummer Nights Dream),  Garcin (Huis Clos),  Frank (Killed By Curriculum),  C (Terminus), and Ackey (246 Letters).

Barry is working with Independent Youth Theatre where he is currently directing Dennis Kelly’s “Love and Money“. Barry is also preparing for a nationwide tour of “246 Letters” produced by Daguerrotype Theatre Company which starts in June. Barry is also a singer, songwriter and is currently working on his debut album.
