At the age of 12, Chris and his family emigrated to Denmark. He returned home to Dublin in 2005 to pursue a career in acting and he graduated from The Gaiety School of Acting two year full-time course in 2007.
Theatre credits include the roles of Monkey and Gabby in End Time by Sean McLaughlin (Project Arts Centre), One man show Rum & Vodka by Conor McPherson directed by John Delaney (Bewley’s Theatre), Gary in Bondi Beach Boy Blue by Benny McDonnell (National Tour) Gosger Duff in Candy Flipping Butterflies directed by Shane Gately at the New Theatre, The Get Together in the role of Tim written and directed by Mark Cantan.
Other credits include - Brazen Tales Theatre Company’s production of Durang Durang – 6 Short Plays by Award-winning American Playwright Christopher Durang at The Pearse Centre/Dublin.
He played the parts of Jackie & Mal in Carpet Theatre’s production of “Burning love” and “The Trick”, two tense theatrical thrillers from the infamous theatre of Horror of early 20th Century Paris as part of the Dublin Fringe Festival 2012
Chris’s TV/Film work includes Open House (Arc Folds), Fair City (RTE), Darren in How Low Reality Check. Other credits include Daily Strife in the role of Mr. Stewart directed by Cecilia McAllister (RTE Storyland). Glenn Marshall in the experimental feature film Hotel Darklight and Tom Barry in Guerrilla Days in Ireland directed by Jerry O’ Callaghan (Blackrock Pictures Ltd/TG4)
Chris was also seen as the Lannister Scout in HBO’s Game of Thrones/The Pointy End directed by Dan Minahan (Sky Atlantic) and Roy series 2 written and directed by Alan Shannon of Jam Media (CBBC) Chris also reprised his role as Tom Barry for another series directed by Jerry O’Callaghan (Blackrock Pictures Ltd)
He recently filmed a role on Fastnet Films Get Up & Go, a new Irish comedy starring Peter Coonan and Killian Scott and he will soon begin filming on Vikings Season 2
Chris is also an established voice-over artist and works on a regular basis lending his voice to various commercials and animation projects
