Paul Elliot
A Cork native, Paul received his formal training in the Gaiety School of Acting. He has been living and working in Dublin since early 2016.
Paul’s latest screen credits include independent short film Laid Off, followed most recently by Amazon’s Bloodline Detectives. Paul’s other TV & Film credits range from a recurring role in Deadpan and Acorn TV’s co-production of The South Westerlies on RTE to Sanctuary: A Witch’s Tale on AMC.
Paul has recently completed Bow Street’s 6-month part-time film acting course, and additionally set up a writer’s room with his fellow actors. From this, Paul has written and directed two short one-act plays which were accepted and performed in the Scene & Heard festival.
Paul is consistently writing and is currently in the Research and Development process for 3 short films.
Paul’s theatre credits include, most notably, the role of Lucky in Waiting for Godot, which toured the West End, Hong Kong and Singapore and received critical acclaim.
Other theatre credits include Playboy of the Western World (Smock Alley Players – Smock Alley) Accidental death of an Anarchist, Timon of Athens, and Twelfth Night (AC Productions). He continued his theatre career with roles in King Lear, Romeo and Juliet along with James and the giant Peach and The Fantastic Mr Fox for the Mill Theatre Dundrum. Paul also directed and taught classes for the Mill Theatre’s Youth Company.
Paul is looking to continue his acting and writing career, focusing on Film and Television.
