Rick Burn

Rick is a graduate of the Gaiety School of Acting’s Full Time course; he then furthered his studies in The Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute in New York.

TV and Film work includes Game of Thrones for HBO directed by Daniel Minahan, Mattie for RTE, The Tudors for Showtime/BBC/CBC directed by Colm McCarthy, Danny and the Deep Blue Sea for Max Curious Productions. Tit for Tat for Runducky Productions directed by Florence Ordesh, Situations Vacant for Grand Pictures directed by Lisa Mulcahy. Kill Anny for Screenstar Films directed by Barrie Mac Neill.The Fare for Focal Point Productions directed by Michael Brown.Television for Collective Productions directed by Eoin O’Faolain. He has worked with Saoirse Ronan in a post production shoot directed by Jim Sheridan and he has just recently played the part of 1916 Volunteer Jack Shouldice in Tile Films new production A Soldiers Song

Recent Theatre Credits Include: Canker at the New Theatre, Samson and Dalila at The Gaiety Theatre directed by Roberto Oswald, There will be Rain at Electric Picnic and The Hunter Returns at the Project Arts Centre directed Liam Halligan. He appeared in Miss Julie directed by Michael Baker-Caven for Landmark Productions at the Project Arts Centre, The Angels Shall Rejoice for Crazy Dog Audio Theatre directed by Roger Gregg, Fast Times at Theatre@36, Rigoletto at The Gaiety Theatre directed by Roberto Oswald.
