Shane G Casey
Shane is an actor, voiceover artist and accomplished musician from Dublin. He has trained at The Stanislavski Acting Studio ( Dublin) and Bow Street Academy for Screen Acting.
Shane’s latest film credits include ‘I Am Patrick’, a feature documentary on the life of Saint Patrick due for release this March in the US along with the new A+E Networks International TV series ‘ Miss Scarlet and The Duke’.
His latest Theatre credits include ‘Once a Year’ at the inaugural Short & Sweet Festival ( Oct ’19), ‘Shadows’ at the Dublin Theatre Festival ( Sept ’19) and he is currently in rehearsals for a new play ‘Breaking Light’ at the Scene & Heard Festival at Smock Alley this February 2020.
Other TV & Film credits include Red Rock (TV3), Cumann na mBan (TG4),Children of the Revolution (RTE), 3 Friends ( Stick Pony Rodeo), The Light of Day ( Filmbase) & Jass (IADT).
Shane’s voice-over work includes narrating the RTE 1 documentary ‘Our Lives in Property’. He can currently be heard on a podcast ‘The Story of Irish Whiskey’ where he plays the role of Shane Jameson. He also narrated the hour long documentary on the demise of Ireland’s iconic store Clerys and he has voiced radio campaigns for Laya HealthCare, Calor Gas & Aldi to mention a few. His TV commercials include Avonmore, Chill Insurance, Lloyds Pharmacy, & Daft.ie
He has excellent speaking and presentation skills and has a very good ear for accents.
