Anaïs Rizzo

Anaïs is a Galway based actor, originally from Italy but having grown up in the west of Ireland.

Her screen work includes Frank Berry’s ‘Aisha’, David Lowery’s ‘The Green Knight’, ‘Jungle’ for Irish band Somebody’s Child, and the upcoming documentary series ‘Queens of Ancient Egypt’ produced by Tile Films.

Anaïs also appeared in Sanctuary and Season 2 of Smother .

Over the years she has also appeared in several short films, most recently ‘Pediment’ directed by Derek Ugochukwu.

Commercial work includes roles in Deep River Rock, McDonald’s and AIB ‘Future Sparks Festival’ campaigns.

She is keen to develop her voiceover skills and recently voiced the lead role of Caitlin in the radio play ‘Why I murdered Lucrezia’, written and directed by Orfhlaith Foyle for Newstalk Drama.

Anaïs has trained extensively over the years, first in Bow Street, completing their part-time course in 2016. Since 2018, she has been an active member of the Helena Walsh Voice and Acting studio, attending weekly scene study classes.
